Before we Begin...
Gah, yes I'm doing this again because the last one became outdated so fast! I altered a few things, most of which is just clarifications of the commission terms (just so that we're all on the same page. I keep hopin' I really keep hoping) as well as the sketch commission upgrade to a definite greyscale CG instead.
I might open pencil sketches again someday...probably on the day I get a cheap, fast scanner to sit next to my computer to churn out all the stuff with, but until then those will be MIA.
I would like to urge all commissioners to READ EVERYTHING ON THIS POST as I won't take seriously any disputes caused by you not reading this properly :< Please also ASK QUESTIONS if you don't understand something. I really don't bite.
...At least I don't bite smart people.
Lastly not all the thumbnails are up yet, I'll have them up and working asap (aka, once some of the newer ones are actually finished and uploaded LOLOLOLOL;;; )
Terms and and general "should know"s
*** The following terms affect only those who commission on or after Sept 20th 2011
★ While general questions about commission s can be asked anywhere, all personal commission information and or questions shall be handled via Deviantart Notes only
The option of e-mail is open for more urgent, complicated or publishing works via:
★ While I am open to questions and negotiations, special treatment will not
be given to those to hope to rectify a situation through making a public scene.
★ My commissions do have a tendency to drag, though I am doing my best to keep this from happening.I AM open to negotiating a deadline if urgent
- however such a thing can only be done prior
to payment. Any timeline provided after payment without such an agreement must be considered an estimation
and should not be treated as a deadline.
★ Refunds will not
be issued under any circumstances other than in the case that I cancel the commission due to my own inability to get the work done, so please think carefully before ordering. This is to keep people from flippantly changing their minds about the money they spent.
★ As there are a lot of things going on I will only contact you to proof work-in-progresses (only in the case of CG works), when there are problems with the commission information (broken reference links, etc) and on the completion of the work. Any extra attention you wish to receive will have to be initiated by you.
★ Please always include image references. I do not work with purely text descriptions as it leaves too much room for error.
★ Just because I have commission work doesn't mean I will neglect personal works. I will CG unrelated things from time to time to practice new things and keep things fresh for me.
★ ★ ★ All payments must be made upfront in full to prevent confusion.
Upon payment you signify that you have agreed to the terms above, and/or those negotiated and agreed upon.
