The chances are I took it up simply because it's a small task (eg, a headshot chibi or a sketch) but after a huge cumulation of completely witless, mindless, waste-of-my-life note spamming the majority of DA has been causing, I have finally lost track of everyone. I am going to be cancelling all un-official commissions (all those that are not on the list) unless they have already been pre-paid for, in which case I require a forwarding of your PayPal receipt and your DA username so that I can somehow plough through my ridiculous number of notes to finish it off.
To all those others who are not in this last category, I am very, very sorry, afterall this is all due to my terrible self-management skills, but it's all gotten too confusing x_X

After many warnings, the commissions are finally open :'DThe layout's not much, but it will have to do for now, as I'm am very poor and in dire need of something more productive to do in the remaining month of Summer. I advise all those who are thinking of commissioning me to go and read through everything (again for all those who've been waiting since before) as there have been several pricing, subject & policy changes. I know it's strict but considering the previous experiences I've had, I find it necessary to put a few rules up :<
*Please note that most of these changes do not concern those already on the waiting list, unless I contact you specifically in regards the issue.

Do not consider purchasing an image unless you are capable of paying up for it. Commissioners who fail to provide the required payment at the required time will lose their slot and get a mouthful of verbal bashing.
Commissioners who do pay up to their image, but fail to provide information for 4 months straight will be refused a refund and will in turn lose their slot after an extra 1 month in the "Frozen Slots". You will be given sufficient amount of warning before hand, but I would much rather you send in your info as soon as the commission slot is secured.
Commissioners who provide faulty information in regards to their commissions (eg. information that completely disregard the DO NOT list) will also lose their slots.
I am generally rather amiable to my commissioners, however I cannot remain so friendly if you happen to be a complete and utter arse. I am not your art slave, do not PESTER me with 5 pages of references + descriptions to the very last detail of your desired work and do not RUSH me to get your work done.
I'm a spontaneous worker, I can take up to a year or even more trying to get your commission finished. However, in return for my pain-in-the-arse laid back habits, I will work to the best of my ability to make your image worthwhile.
I do NOT do refunds unless I am the one cancelling your pre-paid commission. I do not care what the reason is,
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
And finally, ALL images bought are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and thus cannot be used to make profit through prints, badges, buttons etc etc. While the character rights are still yours and yours alone, I have the rights to the image itself. Because of this, I will only be giving you a LOW RESOLUTION version of your image to protect my rights. For information on printing rights or print commissions, please contact me via. DA Notes.
I Will NOT draw:
Overly cluttered Gaia Avatars/Original Characters
Pornography of any sort and detailed Nudity.
Mechas/Furries (Things like Cat girls are fine...)
Large quantities of Facial Hair or anything outside of the anime/manga style
MarySue WITH already established characters.
I Will draw:
Original Characters (LOVE)
Decent Gaia Avatars
Mary Sues on their own;; (aka anime themed characters)
Already established characters (aka FanArt)
Shounen Ai / Shoujo Ai / Het

Top Priority Slots
There is no way in getting into these slots, so don't bother. This is just a list of the previous commissions I still have yet to finish.
Frozen Slots
For all paid commissions that lack compulsory information for prolonged periods of time. After a month in the frozen slot list, the place will be exterminated and no payment refund will be available.
Speed Slots
This is for MINICHIBIS, CHIBIS and SKETCHES ONLY. The movement through these slots would be much faster, but pre-payment is required before I begin the work. There is NO WIP image.
CG Slots
This is for the general CG commissions which may take varied amounts of time. Payment can be sent any time, but becomes compulsory once the WIP sketch is provided.
***I am taking commissions only if the slots have an OPEN sign.***
